Compass Washington, a real-estate agency, contracted PCL’s Special Projects division to revamp their 19,000-square-foot office space in the busy South Lake Union area of Seattle. The project required completion under a condensed timeline and with minimal noise disruption to the first-floor tenant, CVS Pharmacy.

Created a construction access lane on an adjacent bridge as a maintenance-of-traffic solution. A barrier wall was used to effeciently protect the public and workers and the access lane was used to efficiently receive and load out materials and equipment.
